The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation and the no-tool blade replacement feature enhances maintenance efficiency. Equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner, it ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
