With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, this cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the easy-to-replace blades ensure minimal downtime. Ideal for high-speed applications with a max belt speed of 800 FPM, this cleaner comes with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for enhanced durability and maintenance of cleaning efficiency.
