The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 800 FPM. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners effectively remove carryback without damaging belts or splices. With 26 3" wide tungsten carbide blades, the risk of belt damage is minimized, leading to extended blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and blade replacement is hassle-free with no tools required. Additionally, the included tensioner ensures consistent cleaning efficiency, while the optional dust-tight steel cover door provides added protection.
