Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, even under extreme conditions. With 28 3" wide tungsten carbide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while blade longevity is increased. The clamp-mount design allows for versatile installation, and blade replacement is quick and tool-free. Equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin, these cleaners maintain optimal cleaning efficiency throughout their lifespan.
