The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 28 tungsten carbide blades, each 3" wide, these secondary cleaners apply low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and prolonging blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, with a simple no-tool blade replacement system. The choice of hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner ensures consistent blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
