The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide tungsten carbide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and increasing blade lifespan. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a stainless steel tensioner that maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
