The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance solution for removing carryback without causing damage to belts or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the easy blade replacement system ensures minimal downtime. The included 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
