The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 30 blades spanning 90 inches in width, the SAF2™ offers reduced belt tensioning pressure, leading to extended blade life and minimized risk of belt damage. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner and the option of a Dust-Tight Steel Cover Door, these cleaners provide optimal cleaning efficiency at a maximum belt speed of 800 fpm.
