Featuring a unique 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide tungsten carbide blades apply low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. With a compact clamp-mount design and simple, tool-free blade replacement, installation and maintenance are hassle-free. The SAF2™ cleaner is available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, ensuring optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
