The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner provides efficient carryback removal without damaging belts, splices, or edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, it is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, it maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
