The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, and blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement simplifies maintenance. Available with a painted mainframe and a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, these cleaners provide consistent cleaning efficiency even with blade wear.
