The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback from conveyor belts without causing damage. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these secondary cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide tungsten carbide blades reduce tensioning pressure, minimizing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. With a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner option, these cleaners maintain optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
