The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are engineered to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 10 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The cleaners come with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, ensuring optimal cleaning efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
