The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide Tungsten Carbide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade lifespan. With a compact clamp-mount design and easy blade replacement system, these cleaners ensure easy installation and maintenance. Ideal for maintaining cleaning efficiency at belt speeds up to 800 FPM, these cleaners come with optional Dust-Tight Steel Cover Door for added protection.
