The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3-inch wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while increasing blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin, these cleaners maintain the required blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
