The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. With 24 3" wide tungsten carbide blades, they offer low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and increasing blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement system enhances maintenance efficiency. The cleaners come with a choice of a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
