The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these secondary cleaners are suitable for even the toughest conveyor belts. With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades, they require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a Tensioner (316 SS or hot rolled), these cleaners maintain optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
