The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Urethane Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 28 3" wide urethane blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, while blade life is extended. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures ease of maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ Urethane Secondary Cleaners are designed for optimal cleaning efficiency and longevity.
