The MARTIN® SAF2™ Urethane Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 28 durable 3" urethane blades requiring low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the convenient no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Maintenance is further simplified with the included Tensioner, available in painted or 316 SS options, providing consistent blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
