The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Urethane Secondary Conveyor Cleaners are expertly designed to efficiently remove carryback from conveyor belts without causing any damage. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 24 3" wide urethane blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while extending blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and blade replacement is quick and tool-free. Equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner, these cleaners ensure consistent cleaning efficiency by maintaining optimal blade-to-belt pressure. The addition of a Dust-Tight Steel Cover Door enhances durability and performance.
