The MARTIN® SQC2S™ Secondary Belt Cleaner System is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 700 FPM. It features individually-cushioned tungsten carbide blades that provide effective cleaning without risking damage to the belt, splice, or blade. The rubber blade base buffers ensure consistent cleaning pressure, while the blade cartridge allows for easy removal and quick servicing. This compact cleaner is ideal for tight spaces, resists material build-up, and allows belt direction reversal without causing damage. With options for hot rolled or 316 SS tensioners, the MARTIN® SQC2S™ ensures efficient and durable belt cleaning performance.

ApplicationMartin Engineering recommends that the MARTIN® SQC2⢠Secondary Belt Cleaner System be installed so the clean ing blade contacts the belt at a point 2 to 4 in. (51 to 102 mm) after the point where the belt leaves the head (discharge) pulley. If obstructions prevent installation at this point, or if additional cleaners are desired, the cleaner should be installed 2 to 4 in.
