The MARTIN® Strip Brush Belt Cleaner by Martin Engineering is designed for efficient removal of residual materials from conveyor belts. With a continuous spiral bristle design wrapped around the brush shaft, this cleaner offers effective cleaning performance, especially on dry fines clinging to belts with cleats, chevrons, or ribs. It features a standard bristle diameter of 1mm with polypropylene material, ensuring durability and consistent cleaning results. Powered by a 2 HP electric motor with a brush rotation speed of 350 RPM, this cleaner efficiently removes carryback fines and fibers without excessive power consumption. Its rugged construction, including durable angle iron and stainless steel components, guarantees long service life in tough conditions.

Martin Engineering's Conveyor Belt Brush Cleaners are de signed for use in the secondary cleaning position. In other words, the recommended placement is at the point where the belt leaves the discharge pulley. (If that is not possible, the MARTIN® BRUSH Belt Cleaner may be mounted further along the conveyor's return run where it can be supported by an idler or pulley.) Installation of a precleaner on the face of the discharge pulley below the material stream is always recommended.
