The MAXIMIZER™ QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed for industrial conveyor systems. With a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade and stainless steel mainframe, this cleaner ensures durability and high performance in temperatures up to 180ºF. The tungsten carbide tip on the blade lasts 3 times longer than conventional urethane blades, reducing maintenance needs. Equipped with a MARTIN® TWIST™ Tensioner for optimal pressure adjustment, it fits both QC™ #1 HD and PD mainframes. Ideal for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds of up to 900 fpm, this cleaner enhances belt cleaning efficiency while ensuring belt longevity.
