The MAXIMIZER™ QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is engineered for exceptional durability and superior performance in diverse applications. Featuring a robust blade crafted from unique MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a long-lasting tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner outlasts conventional urethane blades threefold. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96", with a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM and service temperatures up to 160ºF continuous and 180ºF intermittent, this belt cleaner ensures efficient cleaning. Choose between TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner options for consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Note: Not recommended for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
