The MBS/L Air Operated Diaphragm Chuck is a self-contained chuck with a built-in air cylinder for increased efficiency. Designed for OD and ID chucking in cylindrical grinding, turning, and hard turning applications, it offers high concentricity and roundness. With a chuck size of 152mm and a repeating accuracy of .0001 inches, this chuck provides precise and reliable performance. The chuck features 6 jaws with a jaw stroke of 1.5mm, capable of delivering a maximum jaw force of 6,090 lbf.
