The MD® 38,000 Centipoises (CP) Nominal Viscosity In-Vitro Diagnostic Adhesive is a UV/LED light-curable adhesive designed for bonding glass, COC/COP thermoplastics, and other challenging substrates in in-vitro diagnostics applications. This rapid assembly adhesive allows for quick bonding of microplates, lab-on-chip devices, and silicon wafers used in blood and tissue testing. With Dymax® Ecnompass® and patented See-Cure technologies, it offers fast light curing without the need for mixing. Compliant with International Organization for Standardization (ISO 10993), this adhesive is ideal for applications requiring high viscosity and flexibility.

Flexible, High-Viscosity Multipurpose Medical Adhesive for Plastics AssemblyMD® 1201-M-GEL-SC medical device adhesive rapidly bonds a variety of flexible and rigid plastics typically used in the manufacture of medical devices. This product features Dymax®'s® patented See-Cure technology for easy visual confirmation of material placement and verification of full cure. Bondable substrates include PC, PVC, PU, ABS, and PET as well as PEBA. Applications include the assembly of reservoirs, catheters, tube sets, and fittings. 1201-M-GEL-SC also meets a variety of ISO 10993 biocompatibility approvals. MD® Medical Device adhesives have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax® light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for medical device assembly. lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.MD® 1201-M-GEL-SC medical device adhesive is in full compliance.
