Fluorescing Multipurpose Medical Device AdhesiveFlexible, moisture-resistant MD® 1187-M-SV01 medical device adhesive cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light. The product rapidly bonds flexible and rigid plastics typically used in the manufacture of medical devices such as reservoirs and tube sets, as well as fittings. 1187-M-SV01 fluoresces blue for in-line inspection under low-intensity black light (365 nm). Bondable substrates include PC, PVC, PU, ABS, and PET. The material also meets a variety of ISO 10993 biocompatibility approvals.Dymax® MD® Medical Device adhesives have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs.
