The Medium Pressure Needle Valves - 10SM & 20SM Series are the largest-port valves designed specifically for medium pressure applications. With tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1", these valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design with a non-rotating stem to prevent stem/seat galling. The one-piece stem design allows for ease of assembly and packing replacement, while the metal-to-metal seating ensures bubble-tight shut-off and excellent corrosion resistance. Equipped with PTFE encapsulated packing for dependable sealing, these valves offer extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque, making them ideal for repeated on/off cycles.
