The 10SM and 20SM Series Medium Pressure Needle Valves from Autoclave are designed for medium pressure applications, offering the largest-port valves in this category. With tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1", these valves feature a rising stem/barstock body design with a non-rotating stem to prevent galling. The metal-to-metal seating ensures bubble-tight shut-off and excellent corrosion resistance. Equipped with PTFE encapsulated packing for dependable sealing, these valves are suitable for abrasive flow environments. The robust construction and choice of Vee or Regulating stem tip make them ideal for repeated on/off cycles and extended thread cycle life.
