The Metric Flat Head Round Body Threaded Insert is designed for high load applications, featuring a flat head design and a standard material of Low Carbon Steel. With a thread size of M6 x 1 and a grip range of 3.00 - 5.50mm, this insert offers reliability and strength. Special order materials include 300 Series Stainless Steel, Alloy No. 260 Brass, and 6053-T4 or 6061-T4 Aluminum. The seal with PVC form seals bonded to the underside of the head provides a watertight seal meeting GM1131M, type D standards. This product is fastened using the 6H thread specification per ASME B1.13M and comes with a RoHS compliant zinc clear finish per ASTM B 633, Fe/Zn 8, Type V.
