The Mobile Weld Station Filtration System is a cutting-edge solution for welding fume extraction. Manufactured using 14 gauge powder coated steel for long lasting durability and performance.
Efficient Filtration 0
Uses standard sized 20" x 20" filters, which are easy to replace. The custom combination of filters is designed for the capture and removal of compounds specific to welding fumes, and includes high efficiency particulate filters and granular activated carbon and potassium permanganate filters. Also includes aluminum mesh spark arrestor filters which help to reflect and capture hot sparks. The spark arrestor filters can be washed and reused. In addition, there is a magnehelic gauge to monitor filter efficiency.

There are no bearings to grease or belts to change with its sealed direct drive motor.
Portable Uv Protective Enclosure 0
The UV protective welding curtain enclosure is attached to and supported by the filtration unit. The side and front curtains are on track, which allows the 10' x 8' enclosure to moved anywhere in the shop with only 3' of aisle space. The top curtain is clear to take advantage of available ambient light. All side curtains are made from 14 MIL flame retardant UV protective material that is oil, water, & mildew resistant and designed for grinding, sparking, dust/splash/spray confinement for welding enclosures.

The recirculation design eliminates the need for ventilation modifications or make-up air systems, and reduces energy costs by utilizing existing heated or cooled air. The backward curved non-overloading fan wheel is constructed with hollow airfoil blades. The fan wheels are statically and dynamically balanced to provide higher airflow performance at less horsepower, and with minimum air noise.
