The Multi-Flex™ 128 Series 72 Inch High Pressure Hot Tap Insertion Plug is engineered for pressurized pipelines, featuring an internal stiffener and a directional shoe for hot tap installation around a 90-degree bend. Constructed with woven ballistic nylon reinforced polyurethane, this plug ensures durability and flexibility. With a maximum inflation of 7 psig, an inflated pipe contact length of 1 1/2 to 2 times the diameter reduces slippage risk. Ideal for live insertion, flow stoppage for repairs, and corner navigation, it offers tough materials for long-lasting performance. Customization options are available to meet specific requirements.
