The NEMA CE Canvas Phenolic Rod is a high-quality thermoset composite material ground from sheet stock, meeting FED. SPEC. LP-509A TYPE II/CE, MIL-P-15035FBE, and MIL-I-24768/14 TYPE FBG standards. Constructed using layers of medium weave cotton cloth fabric impregnated with synthetic thermosetting resins, this rod offers exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. With a density of 0.050 g/cm³ and high tensile, flexural, and compressive strengths, it is ideal for structural supports, gears, spacers, and bearing surfaces. Its excellent wear resistance, low moisture absorption, and ease of fabrication make it a reliable choice for various mechanical and electrical applications.
