The NEMA CE Canvas Phenolic Rod in natural color, ground from sheet materials, meets FED. SPEC. LP-509A Type II/CE, MIL-P-15035FBE, and MIL-I-24768/14 Type FBG standards. Manufactured by applying heat and pressure to layers of canvas impregnated with synthetic thermosetting resins, this thermoset composite offers exceptional physical strength, resiliency, and excellent electrical properties. With a range of mechanical and thermal attributes, including high tensile and flexural strength, this rod is ideal for various mechanical and electrical applications. Its medium weave cotton cloth fabric ensures good wear resistance, low moisture absorption, and economical mechanical strength, making it suitable for structural supports, gears, bearing surfaces, and more.
