The NEMA FR4 Glass Epoxy Rod, ground from sheet material, meets MIL-I-24768/27 Type GEE-F. Constructed from continuous filament glass fabric with a non-halogenated epoxy resin binder, this thermoset composite offers exceptional mechanical strength, high electrical insulation, and resistance to moisture and heat. With specifications including a Rockwell hardness of M110, tensile strength of up to 48000 psi, flexural strength of 79000 psi lengthwise, and a maximum operating temperature of 250°F, this rod is ideal for various mechanical and electrical applications requiring robust support components.
