The NEMA G-7 Glass Silicone Rod, ground from sheet, meets MIL-I-24768/17 Type GSG standards. Constructed with a continuous glass woven cloth base impregnated with a silicone resin binder, this grade offers exceptional heat and arc resistance, along with excellent dielectric properties. With high mechanical strength, resiliency, and ease of fabrication, this thermoset composite material is ideal for various mechanical and electrical applications. It maintains its shape and properties even under high temperatures, making it easy to work with using standard tools.
