The NEMA G-9 Glass Melamine Rod, ground from sheet material, meets MIL-I-24768/1 Type GME standards. Constructed from a continuous glass woven cloth base impregnated with a melamine resin binder, this thermoset composite offers exceptional dimensional stability, high impact and compressive strengths, and excellent electrical properties. With a rockwell hardness of M120 and a maximum operating temperature of 300°F, this rod is ideal for a wide range of mechanical and electrical applications.
