The Nickel-Graf PTFE Joint Sealant is a premium anti-seize lubricant ideal for harsh, corrosive, and high-temperature environments, with a remarkable performance up to 2600 ºF (1426 ºC). Composed of pure colloidal nickel and graphite flakes in a high-performance carrier, it surpasses MIL-A-907 standards. This sealant offers maximum protection against acids, caustics, chemicals, and extreme heat, prevents galling and cold welding, resists corrosion, reduces friction, and provides nickel plating as a protective barrier between metal surfaces. Safe for use with anhydrous ammonia, acetylene, and vinyl monomers, it does not contain copper, lead, or moly disulfide, making it compatible with catalyst beds, reaction chambers, and special alloy fittings.
