The Nicrofer 59 Nickel Alloy Plate is a premium nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy renowned for its exceptional corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. With an extra low carbon and silicon content, this plate is ideal for applications requiring resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, especially in sulphuric and hydrochloric acid environments. Used in diverse industries including flue gas desulphurisation (FGD), pulp, and chemical processing, this plate boasts a composition of 16% Molybdenum, 24% Chromium, and 59% Nickel, meeting ASTM Specification UNS N06059. Its mechanical properties include a Tensile Strength of 100 ksi, Yield Strength ranging from 49 ksi to 55 ksi, and an elongation capacity of 40%.
