With a thickness of 0.090 inches and black color, this sleeve passes the FMVSS302 horizontal flame test and can withstand ambient temperatures up to 250°F. Packaged in 300-foot rolls, it provides excellent protection against abrasion and cuts, extending hose life cycles and reducing downtime. Easily installed and suitable for bundling hoses, it ensures operator safety and equipment longevity. Secure with band clamps or nylon cable ties, and heat treat cut ends for optimal performance.
