With an inner diameter of 0.433 inches and a length of 1.180 inches, these caps offer a temperature rating of 600°F/315°C, making them ideal for various finishing processes like powder coating, E-coating, wet painting, anodizing, and plating. Featuring an internal ridge for a tight seal, these caps can also be vented to prevent movement from pressure build-up. Additionally, they are reusable, providing cost-effective masking solutions. When selecting a size, it's recommended to choose an inner diameter at least 10% smaller than the outer diameter of the part being masked.
