The Parker Clariflow-E Cartridges are designed for microelectronics applications requiring high flow rates and exceptional particle removal. Featuring a unique hydrophilic Polyethersulfone membrane on a all-polypropylene support structure, these cartridges offer broad chemical compatibility, resist particle shedding, and minimal extractables. Each cartridge is manufactured in a clean room, pre-flushed with ultrapure DI water, and 100% integrity tested. Suitable for DI water, aqueous chemicals, and various acids and bases, the Clariflow-E cartridges provide long-lasting, high-retention filtration performance.
