With over 40% more surface area than the standard Fluoroflow, these cartridges offer higher flow rates and extended filter life. Constructed with 100% fluoropolymer and offering various temperature and treatment options, including Ultraclean wet-packing for minimal metals extractables, these cartridges ensure excellent chemical resistance up to 180°C. Ideal for wet etch and clean processes involving acids and solvents, these cartridges provide enhanced filtration efficiency, integrity testing, and quick installation for consistent quality.
