The PENCOM 4.22mm Self-Clinching Standoff is specifically designed to precisely space stacked and mating panels and chassis. With a self-clinching design for permanent installation in thin sheets, as thin as 0.63mm, this standoff offers miniature threads and body diameters ideal for small-scale applications. Made from RoHS compliant 303 stainless steel with a passivated finish, it meets stringent industry standards and provides reliable performance with maximum sheet hardness of 70 Rockwell B. Performance-tested and approved for various materials, this standoff ensures secure installations. Custom lengths and type combinations are available upon request.
