The PENCOM Self-Clinching Standoff is designed to precisely space stacked or mating panels with a sheet hole size of 3.25mm. Its self-clinching feature allows for permanent installation in sheets as thin as 0.63mm, making it ideal for small-scale applications. Constructed from RoHS compliant 12L14 carbon steel with a zinc finish, this standoff ensures durability and maximum performance. Tested for installation pressures and torque resistance in aluminum and cold-rolled steel sheets, it guarantees secure fastening under varying conditions.
