The PENCOM Self-Clinching Standoff is designed to precisely space stacked panels with a minimum sheet thickness of .63 mm. Featuring a self-clinching design, this standoff offers permanent installation in panels as thin as .025 mm. Made of RoHS-compliant 303 Stainless Steel with passivate finish, it ensures durability and performance in small-scale applications. Tested for installation, push-out, and torque-out on aluminum and steel sheets, this standoff guarantees reliable performance under specified conditions.
