The PerMix POG 20-30kg/h Oscillating Grinder is a versatile machine designed for wet and dry powder processing. It granulates materials into fine, uniform granules with adjustable particle sizes. How It Works How It Works
The grinder comes with a rotating part (cylinder) that is made by 6 pieces of bars with triangle profile, the lower half of which is wrapped by a stainless steel wire screening mesh (or a perforated metal plate mesh).Products are fed into the grinder from the top, going into the gap between the bar edges and the mesh, and then the rotating part is driven to rotate in an oscillating way, from left to right and then from right to left, pushing the products through the holes of the mesh and thus granulating them.The gap between the bar edges and the mesh can be adjusted by stretching the mesh by two handles with stoppers. Products are collected by the bottom hopper and discharged from its outlet. Two transparent access doors are mounted for easy inspection and cleaning of the working chamber.A special gearbox is applied to provide the function of driving the main shaft rotate in the oscillating way. This gearbox is driven by a motor with belt transmission. The gearbox and the motor are located in a stainless steel housing. The grinder comes with 4 caster wheels for easy moving.
