The PET Round Rod in natural white is an unreinforced, semi-crystalline thermoplastic polyester offering exceptional dimensional stability, wear resistance, and high strength, making it ideal for precision mechanical parts and applications that require enduring wear conditions. With a low coefficient of friction and resistance to moderately acidic solutions, this rod retains its strength even at temperatures up to 180°F, surpassing Nylon and Acetal. Its good chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and ability to maintain properties unaffected by moisture make it a reliable choice. Custom sizes and colors are available on request, meeting ASTM D4507 TPES211B55130 standards.
