The Petersen 141-0 Series 24 Inch Hand Tightening Low Pressure Aluminum By-Pass Plug is designed for very low pressure tests or temporary closures. Featuring a durable cast aluminum body, plated steel wing nut and by-pass, and SBR/Natural rubber seals, this plug is heavy-duty, non-corrosive, and maintenance-free. Lightweight and easy to handle, it is up to 70% lighter than similar steel plugs. The threaded pipe stem allows for easy filling or venting, while the wing nut expands the rubber seal effortlessly. Although these plugs are not pressure-rated, they are ideal for low-pressure applications.
