The Petersen 161-0 Series 36x36 High Pressure Flat Form Bag is a heavy-duty pneumatic air bag reinforced with Kevlar® cord for efficient heavy lifting in industrial, emergency rescue, and HAZMAT management scenarios. With a lift capacity of 35 tons and a safe stacking limit of three bags, these bags ensure secure lifting operations with a maximum 8-inch lift height. The durable NR-SBR rubber compound construction and Kevlar® reinforcement guarantee longevity and safety. These bags are designed to eliminate the complexities of height/weight calculations and maintain a flat profile to prevent rolling or shifting. Operating temperatures ranging from -40°F to 130°F make these bags suitable for various environments.

Extreme TemperaturesStandard Autoclave valves with Teflon packing may be operated to 450°F (232°C). High temperature packing and/or extended stuffing box is available for service from 0°F (-17.8°C) to 650°F (343°C) by adding the following suffixes to catalog order number.â TG standard valve with Teflon glass packing to 600°F (316°C).GY standard valve with graphite braided yarn packing to 650°F (343°C).â Autoclave Engineers does not recommend compression sleeve connections below 0°F (-17.8°C) or above 650°F (343°C).
